Hey Conner, it is Melissa again. I got to meet you back in August and you were a amazing child. As everyday goes by you keep getting better and better it seems like, but there are times you give us a scare. You are a very strong and special little guys and I am proud of you. We are all praying for you to make it another 18 days till your 4th birthday, but if for some reason you must go before then, I will always be proud of you for making it this far. She was born premature and now has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and kidney reflux disease. Children are just amazing in what they can handle. Conner sounds like a strong little guy and so does his loving family! Hang in there! My thoughts are with you and your family!! :)

Finally had a few quiet moments to see Conner's website. It is wonderful, as is he and all of you. I pray this website gets visited often as I can imagine it is wonderfully inspiring to families, particularly families in situations similar to yours. Love the Cailee pic, too. . .She is a doll and a very sweet little girl. Look forward to working with your special family in the days to come!

entry from 1-23-2004/ Jill Beach I am Riley's special ed. teacher. I saw Nikki last night and she shared your emails. You are just what I have been praying for the family. They need to talk to someone who knows something about Sandhoff and can give them the direction and support they deserve to have. When Nikki told me Conner would be turning 4 soon I jumped up and down and squealed w/ delight! Thank you for being there for Riley and her family. Go Conner!!!!
